18-5-2009 - May Savings...

My mood while writing this blog: blessed

Yeah I know its early I try to do this at the endof the month but oh well right? After holding allot of money we have had extra from different things. My husbands birthday is the 21st my mom has already told me she's giving him the regular amount of money $25.00 and he said that and anything else that he gets as a money gift is going towards the credit cards. With all the money we have saved even if it doesn't cover the whole bill we will pay of a big part of it and hopefully soon it will be gone and then then we will have 6 more. I'm not happy about all the debt but I think it has really tought us that you can find money everywhere and you can save as well. I think the best part is knowing that as each card gets paid off we will be able to add what we were paying on that card and put it towards the next one!!!

We found allot of pop cans this month and that was GREAT we are still finding some too so hopefully we will be able to get more of it paid off! I'm also still taking $10 form each check and once I have two daycare kids I will be taking $20 ($10 form each $100 check) I'm very exited to see how our credit card debt looks like in October because thats when we started to save money. It has taken us that long to work up to getting close to paying off our smallest card. But that's the hardest part after you get your first card paid off then you really start to see a difference!!!

Need any advise or help let me know. We can build a wonderful future for our children and show them that it can be a part of their everyday life =)
