My mood while writing this blog: Blessed and Happy

Happy mid March! Last weekend we went on a mini vacation to the Mall of America in Minnesota. They girls had a blast on the rides, shopping, and Underwater Adventures. We really could have stayed longer to see more but had to get back for work on Monday. Clarissa and Kimberly were able to go on rides with out an adult. It was crazy to see them on "big girl" rides with out mommy or daddy. There were some that they needed an adult and we made sure one of us 4 adults were on the ride with them. Clarissa went on her first rollercoaster and LOVED IT! They also did several other rides and I would make a slide show but ROCKYOU isn't working as well for me as it used to :( anyway, My two friends (Samantha and George) took the girls to underwater adventures so that Quentin and I could have some time with just the two of us. We got the girls shirts from the Mall of America store and visited a few other stores. It was so beautiful on Sunday March 14th that we took a walk and had the girls play on the play ground. We left for home at 2:00pm and got home a little before 6:00 and the sun was still out. There was also less snow in our yard than when we left and that made me SO HAPPY.

DAYCARE: I found out that the new family I took on (part-time) is moving because the mom got a new job. I'm so happy for her an wish her nothing but the best. Money is going to be tight and with trying to get Clarissa into a private school we aren't sure how we are going to make it work.

BIRTHDAY GIRL: Kimberly will be 3 years old in 1 month and I'm still in planning mode AHHHHH lol I'm working on a gift list and also a really cute cake idea. I think I know what I'm going to do but I might need my mom's help and so I have a back up plan just in case. I figured a small family party is all that we are going to do. I'm going to wait till she's older to do a big party with inviting friends. We always have a party for birthdays in my day care so Kimberly will get to play games and everything ON her birthday since its a Friday so the whole day will feel like one giant b-day party. I'm planning on having family come over later that night so that our Saturday is free to do something as a family.
