You will have to persist and let her feed or suck every hour to 2 hours in order to boost your supply. Even if she falls asleep on you, she is still stimulating your supply. But it will take a lot of persistence and patience. Love her name - my daughter's name is Isabella - after her great grandma! xox

i was told it was all about stimulation to get your supply up and if she wont let on try pumping like every 2 hours

Isabelle is 11 weeks old and is on formula only now.But I am wanting to start breastfeeding again I stopped 2 weeks ago because my milk supply kept getting lower and lower she was always acting hungry even after she ate.She won't latch on anymore.I was wondering if there was anyway to teach her to latch on again without a nipple shield since i don't have one anymore, and I do still have a little breast milk.So I was also wondering if there is anyway to bring my milk supply back up without all the herbs.It would really help if someone could give me some answers I really loved breastfeeding when I was able to.
