Okay, so since about the beginning of this pregnancy I have had very vivid dreams--just about every night. Not unusual from what I have read. I have also had a lot of nightmares! They have all been so real and so upsetting too...I had another one last night. I woke up at 3:00AM this morning after having one and couldn't stop crying for close to an hour. I didn't want to go back to sleep, but I was so tired at the same time. I ended up falling back asleep not even 1/2 an hour before I had to get up and get ready for work. I just wonder if any of you are having the same thing? It's not fun.

The same has been happening to me, after watching a horror movie (they dont usually bother me) i had a nightmare and i woke up screaming 'get out' i found it hard to sleep that night, almost every night ive been having very strange dreams some are nightmares some are just weird. I dont remember this happening with my others.

I tend to dream alot anyway, and can always remember them. Someone told me today that she has had them but they do pass, after a while.

Wow, I know the feeling. I've had awful dreams, hopefully they will go away soon.

Poor you =( Don't worry I'm sure they will wear off soon. Have you tried hot milk and honey before going to bed? They say it soothes you... maybe you will have a more restful sleep? I'm having dreams but not nightmares - yet! I shouldn't have said that - now I will! Have you had any dreams about whether you are having a boy or girl? I haven't and I really want to! xxx
