21-4-2009 - FIRST ultrasound!!!!!

My mood while writing this blog: SO excited!

So...it's been a while since I have written a blog---but now I have something exciting to talk about! Today I get my FIRST (and likely only) ultrasound done and will hopefully find out what everyone is dying to know...boy or girl? :o) It will also be nice to confirm there is only one baby in there, lol (or possibly two...but let's hope not). It's 8:30AM now, and my appointment is at 2:30...so in six hours I will finally get to see my baby with my own eyes! I have to admit I have been so jealous reading about all of your ultrasounds. I don't like that my doctor(s) only do one half-way through--it's such a looooonnnngggg time to wait! But, now that I am at that half-way point, it is much easier to deal with. I will be having to change doctors soon since mine won't be covering medicaid patients after the end of the month. I just got a letter in the mail...nice, huh? Oh, well...it might be a change for the better. Anyway, I won't be able to update everyone until tomorrow morning about how the ultrasound goes because I'm going home after my appointment. I do get a DVD of it though : ) and I will try to post that on here somehow. I'm excited to show it to my boys when we get home tonight. Wish me luck!!! :o)
