My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Baby girl is definitely making her presence known. She's kicking and bumping around at night no less. Makes sleeping a bit difficult but I treasure every movement!

In answer to all the questions about the heartbeat when I went in for the amnio, they didn't mention it. We saw all the bits and pieces, the heart, the brain, the stomach, etc.. but come to think of it, she never told me the heartbeat. I didn't even think to ask. Sorry ladies! I will say that she told me you can tell it's a girl by the three white lines in her private area. My husband thought it was a boy but the tech said, "see these three white lines? That's your girl.". So if you get an u/s look for the lines! Another way to get a good idea is to google girl u/s. They have pics and they are very accurate. It'll get you started anyway.

Everything else is as expected. I feel huge, I'm getting more forgetful and my appetite is getting pickier. I do not want meat of any kind, I have no preference for anything, and will eat just to eat. So if I'm so not hungry, why have I gained 6 1/2 pounds in a month???!!!! UGH!!

I'm also planning on going home to Chicago for a mini high school reunion. About 16 of us want to get together. It'll be fun. However, being the woman I am, I'm not looking forward to seeing friends I haven't seen in 20 years when I'm 7 months pregnant! Aren't high school reunions supposed to be the time you lose weight, work out, etc so you can show everyone how great you look? LOL I'll be the one they have to roll in!! LMAOO!! I don't care, I love all these people and they won't care how big I am. I plan on having alot of fun, without alcohol of course. Does anyone know if if it's safe to fly at 7 months???
