23-7-2009 - Breech baby

My mood while writing this blog: ok

I went to the Dr. yesterday and now my sweet baby is breech instead of transverse. Her head is under my left bubbie, her tushy is on my left side and her legs are hanging out above my pelvis. I figure if she's moved up, she can certainly move down right? In any case, he said if by next week for sure, she hasn't moved down, I will be scheduled for a c section. I really didn't want one but now I'm thinking what's so bad about it? Sure the pain hurts after, but that's what the painkillers are for correct?

The upside is that 1. everybody gets a good night's sleep the night before 2. I can get my tubes tied at the same time 3. I have time to get my hair and face ready for my close up! LOL 4. The convenience of it all. 5. No vaginal stretching at my age!!

I'm at the point I really don't care. As long as she's healthy and I'm healthy, great. So, I'm guessing either Aug 13th or Aug 20th will be the day!!! If she turns, then it's vaginal for sure and all the above just went out the window!!!!
