05-6-2009 - Decided not to cooperate

My mood while writing this blog: bummed

My hubbie and I were so looking forward to finding out what we're having today at the Ultrasound. Picking out a name would've been much easier if we could narrow it down to one sex and shopping for baby things...but noooo the little one decided it liked keeping its legs crossed and was just too cozy in there to cooperate, so we could not see what we are having.

Everything looks great and of course so amazing to see the little one on the screen, but a sneak peak at it's little bits would have been nice to see too.

LOL...I guess it's just meant to be a surprise. Unless I can get another Ultrasound. But now the thought of finding out the moment of delivery is really exciting!

My doctors appointment I also had today went well...the babies heart beat was 150 beats a min, I've only gained 1/2 lb and for the most part I could report that I've never felt better. I love being pregnant! I have been refered by my gp to the Oby/Gyn who will deliver the little one...WOW time is flying by!

New symptoms- line on tummy appearing, the tiny flutters (and jabs) WOW!, noticed the other day that one side of my tummy was sticking out more (must have been bum out) and unfavorable new symptom is my not so fresh smelling feet (looked it up and I guess it's common for preger ladies). Anybody else experience this?

Oh... sorry to hear that u'r little miracle didn't want to cooperate... Also sorry to say that i'm happy we're not the only one that didn't find out! Our little one crossed the legs during the whole thing too... But..The same as for u guys.. everything looked great, so that is the best thing ever! All the best!!

Ugg, sorry you weren't able to find out the sex =( but I'm glad to hear that the little one is doing great! That's the best news you could get! I'm hoping my little guy cooperates when we go for our U/S on Thursday!!
