22-7-2008 - Charting my Ovulation

I had my baby girl June 19, 2007 and i JUST got my first AF early this month. I am not TTC, but i AM trying to chart my ovulation stages so I can try out the whole natural method of birth control. I am currently still on the mini pill until I get a hang of all of this. I don't want to have all of the extra hormones in my body for the rest of my life. If anyone else has done this before I would appreciate any tips. Good Luck to all of you TTC, baby dust and many prayers to you all!!

Have you heard or do you have the book "Taking Charge of you Fertility"? It's by Toni Weschler. I read this book beacause I too do temping. I wanted to know some secrets to getting pregnant and it worked like a charm. This book is extremely helpful in preventing pregnancy. If you follow everything to the letter, you will have not problems and wont need the pill. Hope this helps.
