Let me try and make a long story short! Went to my 1st prenatal visit, I told her how I was having some cramps and pain in my back and before she would exam me she wanted me to have an ultrasound, I thought, YIPPEE.... Until the tech couldnt see a damn thing.. BOO HOO. She said it was too early at 4 weeks to see anything but she did see my uterus was thick and I some fluid around my right ovary. I am then told to go back to the exam room and wait for the doctor..... I wait..... She comes in takes my temp. and says I have a fever and because of the fluid around my ovary she is worried its either ectopic or appendix, she tells me to go straight to the E.R. WHat??????? Okay so now I'm shittin bricks call my husband and we go to the E.R. I'm rushed in because I guess my Dr. called. I get an MRI done and blood work! E.R doctor, who was beautiful by the way, told me its too early to know if its ectopic and MRI ruled out appendix. The fluid around my ovary could be a cyst bursting, which in my case being pregnant is a bad thing.....( insert sad face here). My HCG levels were a mere 81...... So now its the waiting game, I'm bummed and fustrated and hate my Dr. Going to look for a new one tomorrow. I spent 4 hours in the E.R. And the really odd part of all this stuff is I didnt feel pregnant at all today................... We'll see. I may go back to my Dr. on the 31st to see where I'm at as far as levels and go from there. Take care all my pre- and preggers! Thanks for reading!

I cant remember what my OB said but I think he said a sac cant be seen until 8 weeks or until your levels have reached a certain number. I went through this kind of scare when I was pregnant with my 2nd and all turned out well. Youll make it!

oh no, I can't believe they put you through all of that and scared you. Isn't 81 quite a good level for 4 weeks? Have they done another blood test to see what the levels are in a couple of days? I sooooo hope it all works out ok for you. Fingers crossed x
