| 31-12-2009 - 2 month check up |  My mood while writing this blog:ok |
Happy New Year everyone!
Leilah had her 2 month check up on Tuesday and it went well. She's 10 lbs 5 ozs 21 1/2 inches long. Head was 38 cm in diameter. She's in the 25th percentile for both heigh and weight, bordering on 50th so she's catching up to the average! Her umbilical hernia is almost completely closed so far that the doctor could tell so that's awesome! The doctor was very happy with her progress! She had vaccinations...one oral and 3 shots in the legs. She didn't tolerate them at all! Poor little girl screamed pretty much all day off and on...I felt so bad for her that I spent most of the day with her in my arms consoling her every time she peeped. She did a lot better the day after, but I'm definitely NOT looking forward to her 4 month check-up when she gets her next round.
