For those who have not tried Prenatal Yoga, I highly recommend it! Nhu and I decided to sign up for a six week course at a yoga studio that specializes in prenatal yoga, as well mommy/baby yoga.
Looking around the studio at the other preggie women, I was able to capture what I had in store in the future! We went around and introduced ourselves, and some of the women who were further along told stories of achy swollen feet,back pains and other discomforts. Most were returning students, and all agreed that yoga had helped them emensly! (Which was GREAT to hear)
Two hours later, I felt totally relaxed and felt as though I released a lot of stress during yoga. The instructor was really informative, calming.. and kinda dorky which was fun: )
And I must say I was very impressed by my girlie Nhu who folded over like a wet pancake at each pose haha! She seemed more flexible than the instructor lol.
SO TOMORROW is my first U/S ..FINALLY! I feel like I have been waiting forever! I CANT WAIT!!!!
