23-6-2009 - 31wks 4 days dr appt

We went to the doctor today and had an ultrasound! It was an eventful day! The girls have grown so much! Baby A (Addison) was 3lbs 15oz & Baby B (Aubrielle) was 3lbs 13oz! We got to see in 4D Baby A's precious little face and I cried! She has my husbands cute button nose! They have chubby cheeks, beautiful full lips, and peach fuzz for hair! I cant wait for them to get here!! My belly measured 38 1/2 wks. It has been feeling so tight lately and kinda hurts when the babies move around. It feels like they are trying to get out! It feels like they have no room to move but my fluid measured fine. She said as long as it was between a 2-8 and one was 4.5 and the other was 3.7. My cervix measured at 2 1/2. I'm still closed and she said no one was right there. The babies were both down. Still no idea when they will be here! I hope its before week 37! During the u/s she checked to see if the babies were practicing breathing as she called it, and they both were intaking fluid through their noses and she said that was great! Everything is looking good if they come a little early! I have to make it to wk 34 at least so that I can deliver at my doctor's hospital with her, and not the high risk hospital with their doctors. Its getting so close I cant wait!
