| 25-6-2012 - Month 2 | My mood while writing this blog:blah |
So I am 8 1/2 wks pregnant and am going to try to keep track of this pregnancy:) With Addie I didnt write anything down, i guess expecting to be able to go back and read what I commented on, or always thought I would remember- so since I feel like an old lady and forget everything- here it goes.
With this pregnancy am more nauseated than last time- but happy:) We tried for 13 months to get pregnant after our loss and it took one round of clomid 50mg 3-7 to make it happen and we are over the moon excited! Addie is excited as well and cant wait for her 'little sister' to be here-- haha-- she refuses to think that she is might have a chance at having a brother! hehe.
So far these few weeks have been uneventful. We found out at 3wks+4 that we were expecting with a test and a line that was soooo faint you could barely even see it! haha. Gradually the lines got darker and darker until i was convinced after 20 tests in a spa of 5 days! I was scanned at 6wks+6days and saw the baby and the heartbeat!!! so exciting. I am hoping to get another scan this week to make sure all is well- to hold me over til my 12 wks appt with my Dr where we will hear the heartbeat!-- I finally have my appitite back- after a couple weeks of strong food adversions, strong fatigue, and extreme nausea+grumpiness! and am even starting to show (although the belly has been there this whole time...my pants and shorts no longer fit) i am thick around the waiste!:) and only gained 1 lb. So we are anxious to jump out of the 1st trimester and to put the worry behind us!!! anxious for our little bean to get here and to enjoy life with two beautiful children! so happy!
