Prenatal Class
Shane and I started prenatal class yesterday and it was soo much fun! At first, Shane didn't even care to go but once we started class he was right into it. Especially when it came to practice breathing lol.
My favourite part of the class was the massages :). Your partner is suppose to massage u from ur upper back to your lower back for about 5 mins. It was so great lol.
I learned soo much about labour and delivery. They showed us the delivery room and toured other parts of the hospital. They also tought us things that may go wrong when it comes time to delivery which is very important to know just in case it does happen.
We have class every Monday nights at 7:00. I think you women should think of taking it. Also, you get to meet other couples who are due around the time you are. Al though i was the only sept baby lol but it's always fun meeting people!

Glad to hear your doing the classes too. I heard from some people it was a waste but decided to do it anyway. I think it will be fun and hopefulyl make me more prepared to try to see how far i can go without drugs. Don't get me wrong i'm in no way saying no drugs but I certainly want to say I tried and I think if I get some info and technics that I will be more likely to do that. Do you guys have to bring lots of pillows? do you think they will change it to maybe a 10 minute message with maybe the feet thrown in too? lol
