02-7-2008 - Stressed Out stressedMy mood while writing this blog:
stressed

For some reason I seemed to be a lot more stressed out these days. I don't stress very easily so this is very hard for me to deal with. I decided to try to write all my feelings down on paper and maybe this will help relieve some of the stress off me. Lets see where do I start. Um! Ok I have 4 vehicles that my husband and I share with my mother. All but one of these vehicles are broke down. I am going to get tires on the van so I think that will be fixed. As for our truck, well since my husband accidentally poored transmition fluid in the brakes it may be a while before we fix that. Now lets talk about the car. My Uncle has had our car the cheapest vehicle we have that consumes gas - which now a days is highly important when you work 40 miles away from home- for about 5 months. He said all it needs is a oxygen sensor. Right so finally we get that on. Now he tells me he still thinks it is broken. Blah, Blah, Blah. I think I need to take it to someone certified.

Ok so enough about that. Lets talk about my mother. For some reason mine seems to be hurting my feeling over and over. She just doesn't seem happy, which makes me unhappy. I think it may be b/c my husband and I and our almost 1 year old daughter are going on vacation. I am truly sorry that I can't take her but my goodness I see her everyday. You would think she would just get tired of me. I think she needs some friends. I know she has been struggling with depression ever since my daddy died, but I really don't know what to do to help her, and this is my problem. If she is sad I get upset. I don't really need the stress right now. I don't even know how to deal with it. I never let things get to me. Especially since my father died of a heart attack at only 46. I knew from that moment on I would never let anything worry me that much. Well boy did I lie. I just don't know how to handle my mom. Ok I have to get back to work. Thanks for listening. I know it isn't that bad. Oh and this helps alot if. I am smiling again already.

damn it! I wasn't finished! :)

One foot in the grave and the other on a banana skin.

He had a head on him like a sucked mango.

I'm not pissing in your pocket mate!
(I'm giving to you straight.)

You must be the world's only living brain donor.
(dumb or stupid to the extreme)

Off like a bride's nightie.
(Very quickly.)

Dig a hole and bury me, it just doesn't get better than this!

He's got a few roos loose in the top paddock.
(Doesn't have it together)

Couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery.
(can't organise anything)

I'm going to give birth to your twin!
(Have a shit)

Oh, pull your lip over your head and swallow!
(Go away or shut up.)

I'll go and have a Captain Cook.
(go for a look)

He couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag.
(weak)

Seen better legs on a table.
(Cellulite city. Fat legs.)

Don't piss on my back and tell me it's rainin'!
(Don't try and con me.)

I'm so thirsty I could drink the sweat from a Japanese Sumo wrestler's jockstrap.

Better than a poke in the eye with a burnt stick.
(Be thankful for what you've got.)

No more sense than a native bear, an' not half as good-lookin'.
(Dumb)

Where the crows fly backwards.
(remote outback, strange place)

As useful as an ashtray on a motorbike/water-ski/surf-board.
(useless)

As useful as lips on a chicken.
(not worth a damned)

He's off like a bucket of prawns in the hot sun.
(I am out of here!)

You've got some face fungus.
(needs a shave)

I need that like a submarine needs a screen door.

I could eat the horse and chase the rider/jockey.
(bloody hungry!)

Dumber than a box / wagon load of rocks.
(Not troubled by intelligence)

Syphon the python
(Urinate)

Shut your cake hole.

About as useful/handy as pockets on a singlet.
(effing useless)

Couldn't run a bath!
(hopeless at organizing, running a business)

Takin' the kids to the pool.
(Going to the loo.)

It's Liquid Sunshine.
(Rain)

She's in the pudding club.
(pregnant)

He couldn't get a kick in a cow yard.
(to a useless football player)

What will you do for a face when the monkey wants it's arse back?
(You're ugly)

A mob of monkey's would piss more than this.
(a guide to how much rain is coming down)

As happy as a worm in a can on the way home from a fishing trip.

If it was raining bikini clad women, I'd be washed down the gutter with a truck driver.
(No luck whatsoever)

See the Lawn pizza?
(Steaming pile of vomit left on your front yard when your mates leave after a drinking session.)

Was yer father a glassmaker?
(Move! I can't see through you.)

Anyway, I Hope none of that was offensive, and just try to breath :) Have a great day :)

Yer so thin you'd have to run around in a the shower to get wet.

Hey :) Just read your blog.... So sorry to hear you are feeling bad.... All the cliches in the world don't really help when you're feeling stressed, but I read this list of Australian slang sayings today and found it quite amusing, and we all know that laughter IS good for stress, so here it is: (you may not find it funny at all... maybe my sense of humor has gotten a bit dented with this pregnancy :)

Flat out like a lizard drinking.
(hard work, busy. (But originally sarcastically))

May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your armpits.
(You're basically scum)

Built like a brick shithouse.
(1) [sarcastic] weak 2) Extremely well built person!-usually a woman
