Landen's diagnosis

Landen is my 2 1/2 year old son and we have been concerned for about a year now because he wakes up in the morning/middle of the night sometimes shaking and confused. Once in awhile durning the day. It has been happening more and more here the last few months like 2-3 times a week, so the doctor wanted to see him again! He went on Monday and was diagnosed with hypoglycemia. So we are going to go see a nutritionist august 1. If altering his diet doesn't help than we have to take him to see a specialist. His doctor said he is uneasy about how often his blood sugar levels drop and maybe thats what is best for him. He also said that there is a shot he can give us in case of an emergency, if he passes out than we can give it to him to perk him back up. He said passing out is common with this! So we are very worried but hopeful that diet will control this and he grows out of it!

OMG my little boy used to do exactly the same thing round the same age as well.. i used to just think he was still sleeping and not properly awake...he used to really shake and scream for mum mum but i would go i'm here and try and comfort him and he would be trying to push me away like he didnt recognise me, then fall back asleep...
