hello everyone! i'm montana from the wonderful state of tennessee (haha not). anyways..i've had this page for a while now but i have never put too much on here about me. i am going to be bringing a beautiful little boy into the world in January 30, 2009. (im praying my due date will be sooner hehe!) i will be naming my son Braxton Cordell Davidson. i am going to be a single mother, but trust me (as many of you know) this is *best*! i am very nervous..i have the first-time mommy fear..will i be a good mom? i know that i will be, but the thought still crosses my mind. this pregnancy has been the best thing that has happened to me, although i have experienced many losses. (all of my friends & the brax's father) but that's ok because i know this is God's plan for me. i love this site..everyone on here is pretty much *amazing* & im not sure how i would ever get through this without yall. :)

July 15- I had my first doctor's appointment today..I was REALLY nervous. I had only gained 4lbs and I am now weighing in at 117! Wow- i was definitely underweight when I first found out I was pregnant. the heartbeat was 121 (that seemed kind of low to me, but they said it was ok) It was a really quick visit-I was in & out.

August 19- Today I went to the doctor & the lovely nurse informed me that i had gained 12 lbs in ONE month! (TWELVE POUNDS!) i am pretty much in shock right now. i actually got off of the scale & asked her if she would re-weigh me HAHA! i now weigh 130.5 (which i have NEVER seen on the scale before!) they did a lot of blood work to see what the baby's chances were of having all down syndrome, etc. they all came back negative!! :) (thank the Lord) Boo's heartbeat was up to 141, which made me feel a lot better. they scheduled my ultrasound for Sept. 2-i get to find out if its a boy or girl!!

September 2- I am having a *Beautiful Baby Boy*! I got to see him this morning & it made everything seem so REAL! he really has stolen my heart. I heard his little heartbeat and I watched him jump all over the screen. he already looks like me :) he definitely has my little nose (or maybe i just have the nose of a baby!!haha) Colby went with me today- he was really excited too. He watched the screen the entire time & watched our little mini-us roll all over the place. i noticed the cord seemed a little close to his head which REALLY worried me, but they brought in a doctor so he could make sure everything was ok. now i'm at work and i do NOT want to work- all i want to do is go decorate the nursery & pick out baby CLOTHES!! i cannot wait to meet my little man. this feeling is something i never imagined..

September 16- Another appointment down!! haha..today i made a lovely visit & found out that i have gained 8 more pounds!! i mean doesnt this seem a little outrageous?! I've already gained 24.5 lbs & im only HALF way through the pregnancy..she still assured me that everything was ok because i was only 113 lbs at my first apt. i heard my little man's heartbeat so i know he is doing great =) everytime i hear it beat it just makes it seem so real. i really can't believe i am going to be a mother. i mean i pretty much am a mother right NOW because everything i do affects my child you know. my little man is moving around quite a bit today..i LOVE when he moves around a lot because i know he is safe <3 i mentioned to my doctor about how i feel like i am going to faint & he wants me to go to another doctor..so i guess i will be making an apt soon! i hope brax hurriesss .. im really praying he will come on my birthday (january 25).

October 5, 2008- bought braxxy's crib & beautiful chest to go with it!!! we also got all his bedding & the paint!! we picked out a light teal & pale yellow..they are beautiful!! im REALLY excited..i can't wait to start decorating!! i cant wait until hes here!

October 14, 2008- today i had my glucose test..too bad they did NOT tell me i wasnt supposed to eat or drink anything after midnight..oops..haha..oh well i only ate some gushers & a fruit drink! anyways..braxxy was doing GREAT! i heard his little heartbeat and it was healthy & strong. oh & i also got on the scale & to my surprise i had lost a pound & a half since my last visit! i think that's because i have been doing a LOT more walking then usual & ive really cut down on the ice cream haha. it was once again a really quick visit well besides the fact i had to sit there for an hour doing NOTHING and wait for them to take my blood (which yes i almost fainted hehe) anyways..my next apt is in 4 weeks & it is my LAST 4 week apt YAY! :) then i start the journey every 2 weeks..i really can't wait for braxton!! They said i am measuring exactly 25 weeks :( i was hoping i was a little bit further but oh well..they still said he might come early!

December 3, 2008- woohoo now i go every 2 weeks!! i weighed in at 151 =( but i had on some really really heavy snow boots so i am going to say each of those weighed about 5lbs (haha!) i told him all about how i can't breathe & i even gave him some numbers from my heart monitor. he wants me to go back & see my cardiologist but i wasnt too fond of my cardiologist. oh well..anyways..braxy was doing wonderful. i can't beleive i am 32 weeks! that is CRAZY to me! i am really praying the induce me early- this has been the hardest thing ive ever been through physically & mentally. i go back on Dec. 17 & i am going to talk to him about it. PLEASE PRAY!! i heard 37weeks is full term so i would be willing to wait until then =)
