1 dpo - good feeling :)

2 dpo - good feeling continues and dream about a baby and cot.

3 dpo - very light/dull ache (cramp) late evening low mild back ache

4 dpo - woke up with two spots unusual for me not really a spotty person get odd one just before af sometimes but not all the time. Also went for a walk and had noticable cramps was very hungry.

5 dpo - tingling butterfly feeling whilst sat in the garden. had few glasses of wine felt very gulity afterwards.

6 dpo - lower belly ache/ heaviness continues.

Arr you poor hun - dont beat yourself up about having a glass of wine when your feeling down, we all need a little chill out sometimes. Baby hopes arnt over yet, the spotting could be implantation? I still got period like cramps before I found out I was pregnant so i really wasnt expecting it. Fingers crossed for you this month. xx
