| 09-6-2009 - ULTRASOUND!!! |  My mood while writing this blog:ecstatic |
Hey ladies! I had my ultrasound today! FINALLY!!! It's been a loooong 19.5 weeks waiting to see our little one, but it was ohhhh so worth it. The doctor says everything looks great. The baby is right on track. Only thing is I have a marginal placenta previa, so I'll have to have another u/s @ 30 weeks to make sure my placenta has moved up. If it doesn't move up, I'll have to have a c-section. :( But he said more than likely it'll move up and I'll be able to deliver vaginally. But I gotta take it easy for a while and try not to strain myself. So anyhoo, on to the pictures!!!

When the tech was measuring the baby's femur, my husband SWEARS he saw some balls, lol. So he's convinced we're having a boy. I told him not to get too excited because I don't want him to be disappointed if it ends up being a girl. 20 more weeks til we get to see our little girl or boy! Our 4D u/s is scheduled for August 5th! It's gonna be so awesome!! I hope you ladies are doing well! And I don't think I've ever used the exclamation point so much in my life, lol.

Congratulations! These are great pics! I'm glad that everything looks good too - and like Expecting said - I think everyone starts out with a low placenta, and they move up as you get farther along. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you though. And how cool is that 4-d ultrasound gonna be?!

I AM SO HAPPY! I thought of you this morning while getting ready for work! Isn't it amazing all the work your little baby has done over the last 19.5 weeks? You should be so proud! I wouldn't worry about the placenta previa, like the doctor said it will normally move as your uterus grows. So you've got a few more ultrasounds to look forward to =)
