27-1-2009 - Its All Systems GO!!!!

My mood while writing this blog: ESTATIC!!

WE SAW MY BABY LOVE'S HEART FLUTTER!!!! OMGosh it is such a wonderful, releaving feeling.

The appointment started off with the ceremonial pee in the cup bit. And I could barely squeeze anything out. And I mean practically nothing. But they only needed just a little bit to confirm the pregnancy, and it came out positive. Then the way they started the visit was way different than any other. It was started right off the bat with an ultrasound. I was so happy to hear it was going to start off that way especially since all I wanted was to just see that there was a heartbeat. So the 10 mins before he got started with the ultrasound felt like they were like an hour in my mind. I felt I was going to faint cause I was so incredibly nervous. Well after a little bit of time of my doctor looking around he turned the screen my way and said "Do you see your baby's heart flutter?" It was the most amazing feeling in the world. I started crying quitely from pure bliss. My little love is measuring out to be 8 weeks 1 day and had a flutter of 177 bpm. So I was right on track with my due date. And goodness. I really don't know what else to say right now. I'm just so freaking happy.

I just want to say THANK YOU SOO MUCH! You all have been wonderful, providing me with much needed support. I really don't have any girlfriends out here where I live in NV. All my friends are back in AZ and I can't wait to tell them the great news. You are all wonderful, incredibly beautiful women with loving hearts. Thanks for being there for me. Now I feel like I am truly pregnanct and that I can surely get excited.
