12-7-2008 - 3rd trimester is everything I remembered...

So here I am in the last stretch of pregnancy. It is everything I remembered, The swelling ( I now look like a single pregnant woman cause my ring fits on only good days) The aching, the tiredness, the headaches, the rib cage soccer game, the fullness after eating a shred of... like nothing... The out of breathness from just standing!!! UGH

Then I read that boys are bigger than girls usually and now I have it in my head that I am going to push out some 10 pound baby! rather than a Hannah who was 7lbs 4 ounces.

Well I have gotten zero stretch marks thus far and I applaud myself for that. This time four years ago I was just starting to get them. So I pray it can stay that way. I weigh a little more than I would like but I have made a huge improvement on my eating habbits and noticed a big difference! I actually even lost a couple nonsense pounds!

The dreams are insane. The other day I dreampt that I went into labor, Tom and I rushed into the hospital and the whole nine yards.. After pushing and all the excitement. . . I gave birth to a GERMAN SHEPARD!!! WTH?? and I was like " he is beautiful" but how come it's a dog?? My doctor then replies, " oh it happens to 1 in every 4 women... Congrats!!" none of the staff thought it was strange, I started crying profusely saying that if I wanted a dog I would have bought one!! I carried a dog inside of me for 9 months and no one told me?!?! I wasnt sad that it was a dog and not a baby I was sad at how long I was pregnant for, and how if I want to try for another baby it would be a whole 9+ months more. So to that my doc got offended saying that we dont deserve the dog and that we should give the dog to a loving family who would want it. And that we can try for a baby some other time. lol- Yeah it was a crackhead dream, but I got a kick out of it.

Anyways thats pretty much it in a nutshell. I am so glad that time seems to be going by a little faster. My baby shower is now rescheduled to August 23rd. I will be 35 weeks and that scares the crap out of me... We will be getting all of our baby stuff and I will be a blimp trying to fuss in putting the nursery together in just a couple short weeks. Im even panicking that "what if we have the baby earlier than 35 weeks? we arent prepared!!" so anyways we'll see how it goes. Im anxious and cant wait to meet my son (so weird to say that!)
