So who says walking helps? I think that if I continue to walk I will go into labor within the next few days. I walked for 30 mins today and it was a little painful, but it has gotten worse after I sat down. I am trying to walk her down, but I need to keep her inside of 3-4 weeks. I plan to walk for 15 min in the morning and 30 at night everyday. I have read articles on natural ways to induce, but walking is the best I have come across. I dont think I can take castrol oil :( and it is not on my doctors favorite things to do. So I will also do pilates for a few days a week, it helps with my back. I feel so much better when I finish. The baby room is very organized, my friend and sister in law took care of everything. The last thing I need to put togther is her glider, which matches her room. After all the work has been done, I realize that she will not sleep in her room for at least 6 months. I still need to get the lawn done and the side of the house finished with flat screen t.v's. All stuff I wish my husband was home to do....Oh wait! I would still be doing it myself. At this moment my baby is moving like crazy and has been doing so for the last hour. I guess I need to take it easy on the walking. Count down!
