| 22-9-2008 - i'm due today d/a update |  My mood while writing this blog:depressed |
i'm crying my eyes out...im an emotional wreck right now! just got back from our d/a and had to see a different doc because i made my appt late since i didn't expect to make it this far along and my original doc was booked. Well anyways i was basically told i've made no progress since last week. NOT TO MENTION I'M DUE TODAY...they told me to schedule an appt for next week and THEN they'll discuss and induction date for me if i haven't had him by then....well shit i hope so cause the earlies they could get me in was NEXT THURSDAY afternoon which puts me at 41w4d and thats to DISCUSS a date! WTH i'm going to be preggo forever at this rate! UGH i'm so freakign mad...but i'm about to call my reg doc and leave her a message! My MIL is supposed to fly back to Italy on the 30th and if i tell her this she's going to change her flight...i'm already freaking stressed and she's working my nerve..i can't deal with her for another 2 weeks!! I just can't stop crying!
EDITED: ((thought i'd edit this in because of suggestions)) I have tried EVERYTHING in the book. YES me and hubby have been doing the "deed" every night!! I've been walking for at least 2 hours every day!! I've been taking EPO 3 times a day!! I've tried eating pineapple and spicy foods!! I've tried all the squatting, pelvic tilts, bouncing on the birth ball!! HELL I've even tried the AWFUL castor oil!! NOTHING has worked (obvioiusly) and my body isn't even making any progress! I'm just so freaking pissed right now! I tried calling my reg doc but the office was already closed so i'm calling early in the morning and BEGGING to be induced this weekend. Thx to those with words of encouragement! LADIES PLEASE PRAY FOR US!

Aww dont worry your baby will come...I know exactly how you feel though..everyone having babies and there you are...with nothing...I was 10 days late...and I was so emotional when I hit 40 weeks and still nothing...cervix was closed...hell it was closed at 41 weeks...but at about 40 wks and 5 days...i decided to make it the best i could...i knew she would be here eventually and she did come... :D so just try not to be negative...your baby will be healthier...cuter...and you'll enjoy him more...just becuase you had to wait...I promise all will be better...just try to stay positive...

i kno what your going through i was over due i did alot of that stuff too, n he would not come so i had to get induced. but it can happen anyday now so dont give up

I just wanna give you a big hug LaKeisha. :( I am so sorry that your lil man wants to be fashionably late. I cannot believe the way the doctor treated you either!!!! Hoping Jr makes an appearance soon so you do not need an induction.

aw hun, i'm overdue too and it sucks! i was due on the 20th by my lmp and nothing! last doctors appt nothing was happening and i'm gonna go crazy if i go weds and nothing chances. they say first babies are like 8 days late usually and its very rare to go on your due date. its so fustrating but you're not alone. i'd rather not be induced though

hey girl...i read ur story n i feel so sorry for u. i hope u go in labor soon cuz bein' pregnant is gettin' kinda miserable huh??? but i heard if u drink castor oil u can go into labor
