01-11-2008 - please pray

My mood while writing this blog:
sad

My fiance's best friend for the past 15 years was expecting triplets with a girl. When he found out she was preggo he moved from here NC to VA not knowing anyone down there giving up his job that he'd been working for 5 years and leaving his family.He found his own place and got a job there. Mind you they weren't together or anything it was i guess some fling so he basically just moved down there for the sake of the kids. Well anyways he's a reall good guy and of course was so excited since his best friend (Juan) was already expecting a son. When he found out they were all boys he was sooo excited knowing we were expecting a boy and he wanted our sons to grow up together just like him and Juan did. Well anyways the girl ended up miscarrying one a few months ago...he took it pretty hard but he was still thankful that God had blessed him with the other two. Well sadly to say she lost both twins yesterday. The sad thing is she was doing everything she was doing before she got pregnant....no ladies i'm not talking petty stuff i'm talking about drinking, smoking and going out to clubs where people smoke anything and everything. I feel really bad for him because since they weren't living or actually together there wasn't too much he could do and nothing he said meant anything. Since he found out he was expecting there was never a day LITERALLY that passed by that him and Juan wouldn't mention something about the boys growing up, playing ball, or going to college together. Now i feel like everytime he looks at Jr. he's going to feel that pain. What makes it so bad is honestly there aren't too many young guys that willingly take care of their kids....NOTE: child support does not count in my book as "taking care" of ur kids. Anyways please pray for him. He's of course taking it real hard and I personally am at loss for words. All i can do is pray for him. Also ladies for those of us who have already been blessed with our children be thankful for everyday God has put them in our lives and for those of you who are still expecting please please please take care of yourselves ladies...remember the child inside you is depending on you to make the right healthy decisions.

Wow. My heart goes out 2 him. I look at my daughter everyday n thank God for her. I can remember as soon as I reached the 3month mark I felt like I cud breathe easier.

I hate 2 c tha good guyz get hurt. Agen, he's in my prayers.

Sending prayers to himm for peace. I lost Erin's twin when she was 2 months in utero. It is devastating. No words can express the anguish he feels. Just be there for him and let him grieve.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss. Please let him know that he is my prayers. One day he will find a women to have beautiful children with and Jr will have a best friend. Just be there for him.

That is so sad. It pisses me off that there are people in life that would give anything to have a baby and would take good care of themselves and then there are people like her that dont care one bit. I feel so bad for your friend. I hope some day he will meet the right woman and have lots of babies!!
