| 01-12-2008 - OMG PLEASE READ |  My mood while writing this blog:scared |
OMG...i'm so afraid i'm pregnant again ALREADY! My AF came on the 2nd of last month...normally i could it expect within a week before the last month it came on but no later than the actual day (say it came on the Sept 17th i would expect it as early as Oct 10th but no later than Oct 18th KWIM?). Well today is the 1st and still no AF...i am on the mini-pill so idk if it could be my body just readjusting to something new or what. I'm getting kind of freaked out thinking about it. Me and hubby talked about having another one but he really wanted another one back to back but i wanted to wait for a few years. I can't believe this! I just went for my post partum follow up last monday and scheduled my appt for my IUD Mirena since i got pregnant on the pill with Jr. I haven't missed a pill a single day and i'm strictly breastfeeding him so what are my chances of getting pregnant? I think when Hubby gets home i'm going to run to the store and get a HPT...what do you ladies think? I haven't told him i think i'm pregnant because i know he'll probaly be happy and then he'll get mad that i'm not so happy and if i'm not pregnant then who knows. DON'T get me wrong if i am pregnant there's no way in hell i would terminate it...i have never believed in abortions. But anyways just needed to get that off my chest. ANY ADVICE?

Girl hold on... you'll be just fine no matter what the outcome is. Don't get yourself worked up just yet. Keep me posted and let me know how things turn out...

WOW! I also doubt you are pregnant. Stress doesn't help as does exhaustion, breastfeeding and being on birth control. I was stressing because we are using condoms. And I was supposed to get mine last week. Thankfully I got it today!

If you are strictly breastfeeding and on the mini pill I would doubt if you are pregnant. I am doing the same and have not yet had a period - some women will have one and then not for a couple of months - completely normal for breastfeeding. However, it is always possible, I would go ahead and get that HPT just to make sure.

WOW mamas I don't know what to tell you about that. I mean your body could be readjusting, but it would not hurt to make sure that everything is on the up and up! Also you know that antibiotics of any kind lessen the chance or protection with the pill. I hope it turns out the way you want it too.
