For breakfast this morning I ate a smoothie made with an avocado, a cucumber (seeds out), a lemon, a squirt of lime juice, a scoop of pumpkin from a can, a naughty scoop of ice cream, and some of those warming Christmas spices, Cinnamon, Ginger, a tiny bit of nutmeg and a tiny bit of cloves. It was good and gave me some much needed energy.
