My mood while writing this blog: Tired |
Thanks everyone for your posts about the TV. I was surprised by how supportive everyone was in getting one (including my husband). Turns out, my MIL wanted to get one for us anyway so we get to pick out a flat screen this weekend (which makes buyin one way more fun)! AND, I finally found a leather couch! This may not seem like a big deal to some, but I have wanted one for sooo long. Especially since we have a shedding dog and a baby on the way. Also, I am 30 and this will be my first real couch. I've had a futon the last 5 years and hate it (try getting out of one while pregnant, I dare ya')! With all this stuff coming along it's making me feel a bit materialistic, but then I decided "no, I'm just nesting". And that's a pretty cool feeling. :)
Aside from that, I totally relate to all you ladies with the tiredness, nausea, aches, and lack of sleep all coming back. Since last night though, I've been feeling like I am just happy he is still inside me incubating instead of in a hospital. That doesn't keep me from wining to Hubby though! Best wishes to you all... xxx

Thursday, 2 Oct Yay for the leather couch! My husband and I got a fake leather one when we first got married but our two cats tore it up! They were promptly declawed.. and we got another couch from a yardsale that we still have :) I couldn't imagine trying to get out of a futon pregnant. I finally had to move our bed because it was against the wall and I couldn't climb out of my side anymore! I am also very happy that Joel is still inside. My sister is a CNA and yesterday while she was with another mom birthing one came down the hall in premature labor with twins at 25 weeks and one of the twins had fallen out. Both babies survived the delivery and as of today are still doing well!
