| 20-1-2009 - Harrison Jack arrived 3 weeks early! |  My mood while writing this blog:Ok |
Hello everyone...
I just got home from hospital/Hyatt today. Baby Harrison suprpised us by arriving 3 weeks early.
He was born on the 17th of Jan.
I had contractions on and off on the Friday but thought they might be BH. By 3am on Saturday morning they were 10 mins apart and had a bit of red/brown spotting. Rang the hospital and they said that they may stop, but if they got to 5 mins apart to ring them and then come in. At 5am I was lying in bed and waters broke. Got to hospital by 6am and at 7:40 he was delivered.
I didn't have time for any drugs, despite begging! So I delivered drug free!
He is considered preterm so spent the first day in the nursery and under observation but all is fine. He is such a good baby, and really making the transition into motherhood easy for me. It is amazing how much just comes naturally.
I am looking forward to catching up on all the news on here over the next few days when I get time, as you can imagine it has been very busy.
Wishing you all the best as you await for you own little bundles of joy to arrive. It really is an amazing experience.
