10-4-2010 - labor story

My mood while writing this blog: worried

I went in for my regular 39 week check up on 04/08/2010 and they ended up doing an u/s cause they said he was still up high and didn't think he was head down , during the u/s they noticed my placenta was weak and starting to get old so they said they would induce me. I went to the hospital to be induced and with each contraction his heart rate was dropping so my placenta wasn't doing what it should be doing. They decided to do a c-section, when I got to the operating room they put the monitor on him to check him and his heart rate had dropped even more, they quickly put me to sleep and and he was out within a few minutes. I woke up and big Sean was feeding him a bottle, we moved up to the postpartum floor and baby was brought in room with me, later that night the nurse took him to do vitals and said she would bring him back for his feeding, I fell asleep when I woke nurse was coming in my room and told me baby had started twitching and having a seizure and stopped breathing for a minute , but started breathing again and had been rushed to NICU, I was so worried I later called down to check on him and they had him stable so I went to see him. I have just been praying for my little man and so far he has had tests and hopefully they will be able to tell me something soon. Dee
