Good morning ladies!! Hope you all are doing good today! It looks like its going to be a nice day today again!! A nice day to go for a walk...Well anyways yesaterday was so damn hot!! OMG!! It was unbelieveable...And what makes it worse is that we dont have air conditioning, so we had all the windows open and doors open...But it was still so hot snd stuffy in my house...I would be just sitting here not moving and I was sweating. my feet and ankles were getting swollen. My hands were also swollen...We havent bought a fan yet so most definately I will be buying 2 since its going to be getting hot...So last night before I went to bed I took a cold shower. As soon as I got out, my feet and ankles were still so swollen. As I sat down I started to massage my feet and ankles...OMG!! They hurt so bad I couldnt believe how they felt...I was like WOW!!! So I had my b/f massage my feet for me and I kept my feet elevated and they started to feel a lot better...I just hope I dont feel this way again today!! And it looks like its going to be be hot outside too! Has anybody felt the same lately?? And if so what do you do to help relieve the pain and swelling?
