21-4-2009 - BFP

My mood while writing this blog: cautiously exstatic!

I just took a pregnancy test and got a BFP! I am very excited but really worried too. I'm sure that feeling will follow me through the first 14 weeks-ugh. I cannot believe it happened so fast after our loss last month-we are so blessed. I am praying this little one stays with us for the long haul. I am extremely early in the pregnancy-I haven't even missed my first period (it's not due for another 8-9 days!) so I will be on pins and needles until that point (and beyond!). Please keep your fingers crossed that this baby is healthy and strong and congrats to all the ladies in my "old" week (18 weeks with last pregnancy)...you're almost half way! Baby dust and best wishes to those trying as well. May we all be blessed soon!

Wow! Congratulations! I had a miscarriage in March and got my first BFP on the 19th of Apr and got doctors confirmation on the 25th! That is so awesome... I miscarried naturally without a D&C and we weren't really trying to get pregnant so quickly it just happened... actually when we got pregnant the first time the doctor told us what our conception date was within a week and it was the SAME week we decided that we indeed wanted to have a baby... SO the first week we tried we got pregnant and lost that baby... the first opportunity to get pregnant after the loss we got pregnant with our son... SO, that is fueling my excitement over our BDing last week that my husband is very effective at getting me preggers... but I think i could have had 5 healthy pregnancies I'd still be paranoid...
