woke up this morning to a mega tightening leg muscle... sooooo painful... my driving leg too.. hurts to walk on it... :(

Milk and bananas seem to help. Have been tucking into a few smoothies and it seems to ease the pain. I really don't like milk so am getting a lot of dairy from ice cream, seems to be working. Good luck, cramps suck!

When you feel a cramp coming, move your foot up and down, like move your toes up towards your knee, and then point down away from you and back up towards your knee. I have become a pro at this. I can feel them coming in my sleep and I do this and it stops the cramp immediately.
