It's been an exciting last couple of weeks for me. The i-am-pregnant guys have asked to make a column of my "The things no one tells you" blog. It is now a link from the right hand side of the main page of i-am-pregnant. I enjoy writing this stuff and it makes me happy if I can contribute into peoples lives. They even want to pay me for it!!!!!! Wow!!!
The other nice thing that happened this week is that my coffee out with a few friends last Monday ended up being a baby shower. I feel really spoiled. He is going to be the best dressed baby around. I have such a great bunch of friends and although I said no to a baby shower, they thought differently. It was nice and low key. Just out for a coffee, no games, just spending some time chatting with the gals. Thanks to all my wonderful friends!!!! You rock.

I don't know if its appropriate for me to say I told you so...but I will :) I told you sometime back that you should write a book and that people would definitely pay for the knowledge you have. I am happy that the website administrators can recognise the amazing gift you have...i think the fact that you don't even claim to be the 'all knowing' one is just part of your charm, your humility and directness in tackling issues are admirable! Well congrats, you deserve it and much more xxx

That's great news, congrats hun... I also enjoy your post's. Keep up the good work, and take the money!!! Your posting them anyway, but now you have more incentive. lol thats great. And I'm glad to hear you have such great friends. Thats so nice to have a surprise baby shower. I know I was suppose to have one at work but I ended up off on disability early and I missed out. Oh well, I wasn't suppose to know about it anyway. I've had enough of them too, and i"m all set and ready to go. Except the crib. I don't need that yet. Anyway Im rambling. lol Have a wonderful day and congrats again...

I've already read your column and it's very interesting. I'm at 11 weeks gestation on my first baby and there are a lot of stuff i don't know. Your column is very helpful. I also read all your baby birth stories yesterday and i have to tell you i got very emotional and even cried. I think it's something with my hormones! Anyway, i'll keep coming back for updates, i wish this sixth birth will be the easiest so far! :-)
