Nothing major to report. Weighing in at 63kg (139lb) So I have gained a total of 15kg (33lbs) This is the most I have ever gained but I am really happy about it. My Iron levels have risen and look good. Baby is positioned nicely LOA (left occipital anterior) and at descent +3 ( the head can only just be felt above the pubic bone through the abdomen. She said the head is still down nicely and she expects that she may be paying me a visit this weekend to see our baby. No promises on this but it has got my hopes up.
Although I want to have this baby, I am also happy to wait. I have a friend who is due to have her first baby 2 weeks after me and I don't want to leave her alone pregnant. My sister in law and her daughter are still staying with us and my Mum and Dad who are both going to be present at the birth are heading away over night tomorrow so I really need to wait until everyone has either gone or arrived back. It would be awful for my Mum to miss this birth as she has been at all the other births. This will be the first time my Dad had been there. As I am in the bath I will wear a singlet and everything else remains quite discreet, especially if he remains just at the bathroom door. It would be nice for him to be there to experience his grandchild enter the world. He will only see baby pulled up and out of the water, my Mum said that last time she could see nothing in the way of private parts and that is why she suggested that maybe Dad could be there. It could be a full bathroom with Myself, David, Midwife, student midwife, Mum, Dad and all my 5 kids. lucky our bathroom is quite large. I will probably labour without everyone in there but call everyone when baby is about to be born. I'm getting excited!!!

Okay... I broke my rule of waiting until thursday to come see you! Wanted to see if you'd had him yet! Wishing you minimal dilation until Monday (or at least until this week end), when the busy house becomes more conducive to his arrival! So excited for you!!

That sounds neat to have so much family there for the birth! I'm planning on having my husband and daughter as well as one of my sisters and my mom. And the midwife too of course :)
