Nelson is now 7 months old and time is surely flying. We have been very busy as our cows have been calving fo the last 9 weeks. After you have checked cows tice a day for up to an hour each time - if nothing goes wrong, you work around kids sleeps and a 2 year old, their is not much of the day left. Nelson is crawling, sitting up and can pull himself up to standing on low furniture. Toby occasionally gets a bit jealous but on a whole is quite good. As you can see from my page I lost my once ion a life time dog not long before Nelson was born. Due to the events surrounding Nelson's birth I was emotionally tired. I found that about 4 months after Nelson's birth I finally started greiving for ANgel. I got quite depressed andf felt like all I was doing was washing(still do heaps) and 'kids' The opportuinity arose to obtain a new puppy from a breeder about 12 months earlier than I originally planned, so after much much thought 'Rommi' an beautiful little Whippet gril came to live with us. Some people thought I was mad, new baby, toddler and puppy. I had done my research though and she is fantastic. Nelson is a really relaxed happy baby who sleeps well at night and Rommi gives me the ability to do something totally un-kid related so at night my relax time is training her. We both have fun. Toby loves Rommi as she is very well behaved around Toby and isn't jumpy or mouthy-such and easy puppy
