Okay, I know that I kinda skipped out on week 4's blog, but I guess I can shove both 4 and 5 together.
Bad news first. I haven't worked out once this week. But sunday night my husband and I did g out with some friends to play midnight frisbee with a cool light up frisbee. And I was very active for it, other than that workout has been zero.
Good news is that even though I didn't work out at all, I lost another pound this week AND I'm on my period, and I always weigh a little more while I'm ragging. I've been keeping my eating habits mostly under control. I did have a few days where I ate about 1200 calories, but whatever. I needs to happen sometimes.
So total, I've lost 11 lbs. only 27 more to go. I think that I'm making pretty good progress considering that I have until christmas.
Julian has been doing okay. His colic seemed to relapse a few days and it's kinda on and off now. It's so much easier when he's not crying all the time so it makes it a little harder when he has a colicky day. I love him to death and I have found myself breaking out in to tears twice within the week because I become so upset with him and then I realize how much I love him and then I cry because I feel guilty.
Anyway, this next week ahead, I don't know what's in store. When Julians sleep schedule becomes regular again, I will start working out. But right now he only cat naps and it's really hard to do anything when he only sleeps 15 minutes at a time.
Until next week, let's hope I can drop atleast 2 more lbs!
