As of yesterday, my home in Houston has 3 ft of water sitting in it due to Ike. Im so worried about what Im going to find when I get back, but I keep reminding myself that by God's grace Cj and I were able to get out and are safe. Its just kinda hard to lose everything. I want to go check it out but we are being told to stay put as of now. Keep us in your prayers.

girl, i see we have similar stories about hurricane ike! well we didnt get that much water in the house,the only water we got came in thru the roof! im in galveston county (texas city)

I'm sorry to hear that. Trust God; everything will be ok in the long run. These hurricanes are out of control! Thank goodness you and CJ got out in time before Ike's ignorant behind came rolling in! Keep me posted...
