14-4-2009 - My 6-Week Baby

My mood while writing this blog: Loving my life!

Well hello girls! It's been a while, and so much has been going on, so I just wanted to give you all a little update. First off, Happy belated Easter! Secondly, my bambino is now a whopping 6 weeks old, weighing in now at 10pounds 2-1/2 ounces. Yikes! He's the light of my life, I seriously can't remember the last time I was this happy. It's going by too quickly for my liking. When Michael was 7 days old, I had a friend of a friend come to my house to do some pictures. The link is http://flickr.com/photos/37378670@N08/. Check them out, she did such a fantastic job. He looks so precious, I don't know which one to pic! (I like either #1 or #6!!!) I had to bring him to the doctors so many times already. First it was the jaundice, which he quickly beat into the ground, my little trooper! Now it's...colic! UGH My little guy is getting a rough start to his life, but he tries soooo hard to poop, and he can't. He's majorly gassy and has trouble getting comfortable and sleeping. (Bobby and I are beyond exhausted!) Mylicon and prune juice really is not helping. So he'll go every 2-3 days, and when he does, what a happy baby! Now that I've rambled on about poop :o) I'll talk to you girls later. I hope you're all enjoying your babies and pregnancies. I can't wait to do this again!

Oh, and by the way, my mother thinks I'm pregnant again. Gosh I hope not!!! lol lol lol
