03-10-2008 - Falling In love

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

There's a festival going on right down the street from me and I am looking forward to taking the girls and having some good food and watching them play and dance. I am soooo ready to sit on the river and and enjoy a warm La afternoon. I love New Orleans. And even though I was born and raised here I always find new ways to fall in love with it. I hope my children share the same bond with this city. It's full of life. And it's def part of me. There's nothing better than watching Katie get her first taste of jambalaya. And Maddy couldn't get enough stuffed artichoke when she was Kay's age. They are so sweet as they grow. Such a joy. I love my kids. I can't wait til we move and Maddy get her own room. She is thrilled at the thought of her very own big girl bed as big as momma's!!! So cute.

I have so very much to be thankful for... Little Sal is kicking me as I type. Life is good.
