26-10-2008 - update!!!

My mood while writing this blog: TIRED!!!!

Hey all!

I just wanted to update and tell everyone I miss chatting with you all! I never seem to get to come on for any length of time and I never get to chat! Things have been insane and busy as always.... the kids are both in school and so we always seem to have a meeting or activity going on at least one day a week. This was the second four day weekend in a row, I'm going to find out who made the schedule and drop the kids off on their door step next time!!!!! I am now almost 36 weeks and fighting to get this breech baby to flip, she just doesn't want to! They are going to try to flip her next week by doing a ECV and if that doesn't work then we will be looking at a c-section.... which suprisingly doesn't bother me at all. I had to update today... we had a HUGE scare lastnight and I am feeling lucky and thankful to be alive, God was watching over my family for sure! We were at my sisters... about a hour and a half from here and decided it was time to come home, got the kids loaded and started down the mountain. The road follows a river and is out in the country. Well a drunk driver went head on into the side of the mountain doing 90MPH on our side of the road..... he was in our lane comming head on at us! If we would have left even 2min after we did he would have killed us. I was shaking so bad and was almost sure that I would go into labor! I wasn't sure if I was shaking because I was cold or because I wanted to beat his ass into a bloody pulp...... He had passed another car on the way up the mountain about a 1/2 mile before he wrecked that also had kids in it. We were the first ones there and had to pull his drunk butt out of the car..... it wasn't safe for anyone to be in or around it. He tried to bolt and place blame on everyone else and was set that he wasn't the one driving. Thank God my husband is 6ft 6 inches and almost 300lbs..... the guy couldn't go anywhere! Kiss you babies have the boyfriends/husbands kiss your babies and thank God that you are all safe and watched over!!!
