02-2-2009 - Into the second trimester... Felt the baby move!

Well, I'm in week 14 now and it's going well. I feel so great to finally be in the second trimester. It's been going by slow, but at the same time, soooo fast! A few weeks ago my hormones were acting up and I was just pissed off at the whole world for no reason at all. But that's gone. I do still get moments if something doesn't go right that I just want to scream though lol.

My next dr visit is during week 16. It's driving me nuts that I don't know what I'm having yet. And some girls are actually finding out in week 14. So I think I'm going to ask for an ultrasound to see. The worst he can say is no, right?

My mom is getting more and more excited every day. This will be my parents first grandchild. She said it's taking too long and she's ready to meet her grandchild now. I'm glad that they are excited.

I felt the baby move twice this week! The first time I just thought it was something else because it's so soon. It felt like the baby jumped off the right side of my uterus and quickly swam to the other side. Just felt it for a split second. Then the next night at the exact same time, it felt like the baby was just jumping around in there. My husband got to feel that one.
