My mood while writing this blog: Just fine

Still at home on bedrest. I went to my appointment yesterday. The dr is still on vacation, but he wanted the nurse to see me to check my BP and do a NST on me. My BP was pretty elevated although, it goes up with very little stimulation. And I walked in from the parking lot and that's when she checked it. Then, after the NST my doctor actually called the office to speak with me! And she checked it while I was one the phone! So of course it was up again. I can't believe how great my dr has been to me... Calling me at home and at my visits. He wants to see me Monday. So I don't know if I'm going twice a week now because of my status or once a week still.

I did get a date for my induction though! JULY 23RD! Yay! So he will be a Leo just like me :) My brother wanted him to be a cancer, so we've been arguing over what he'll be lol. But the 23rd is just the day Leo starts so I got lucky.

Another dr that I haven't even seen wanted to see me today for an ultrasound. I wasn't going to go anyway. She wanted to check my amniotic fluid. I have no idea what that has to do with my blood pressure. But my dr just did an ultrasound to check placement 2 weeks ago. And it was fine. Also, I'm on bedrest! So why get me up again to come do a US? That's only going to raise my blood pressure and when she sees how high it is, she'll send me to the hospital again. I'm just fine resting at home and checking my own BP. It's been doing wonderful as long as I rest. Well, when my doctor called me at my appointment, he told me to NOT go see her. He said I'm fine. And that she'll pick me apart worse than the other on call doctor did! Hahaha! I just don't see the point in them stressing bedrest to me and then they keep wanting me to go somewhere lol.

Well, everything is going great right now. I was so bummed to be on bedrest, but the hospital visit has made me just so happy to be on bedrest... as long as I am home! Hope everyone else is doing well!
