My little Devin is doing great! He's such a good baby! It does get a little frustrating at times, but for the most part I think I'm getting the hang of being a mommy. I love him so much! He makes the cutest faces. And when he's hungry he just wants to put everything from fingers, hands, to clothes in his mouth. He acts like a little snapping turtle when he's hungry lol. Oh yeah, and he's sleeping through the night already! Last night was his 4th night sleeping all night. Well, by all night, I mean about 6 hours.

Mike is doing really good with Devin. He's such a great daddy! We really make a great team. We both get tired during the day and take turns for a nap. Or if he gets up early, I let him go back to bed for a while and I get up. Now, when he goes back to work, it will be a different story. Not looking forward to that. It's nice to have help 24/7! I mean, he'll still work, but he'll be sleeping most of the day and gone at night.

I have never felt better about myself! It's amazing what pregnancy can do! I feel so skinny lol. Eventhough I still have 9 pounds to lose, I just never felt better. I've lost about 28 pounds in a little over a week! Not even trying! I guess I really did have a whole bunch of water weight. My swelling is all gone! I still notice some in my stomach, but I'm sure it will go away. You can't tell unless you poke it lol. Stretch marks stink! I'm hoping that with time they will look better. I was so disappointed with all I did to prevent them and then I got just one and it multiplied all in the last month of pregnancy! I didn't even get them until my swelling really got bad.

My blood pressure was still pretty high last week, and I go back to the dr on Tuesday just to have them check it. I'm hoping it comes down. Hopefully with all the fluid and weight loss it will go back to normal.

My Nanny was found to have lung cancer. It seems as though everytime they look, they find cancer in another spot! So they think it originally started in the lungs now. Which if so, she's had it for a long time. Because it's also in her liver, spine in 2 places, and her hip. She is going to start radiation this week and then if that goes well, she will start chemo. They gave her a few months to live without treatment and a year with treatment. I hope they are wrong. But she seems to be in good spirits. Like she's accepted the facts. Which makes me worry a little less, but I'm still sad. I'm just glad I was able to make her a great grandma.
