you might have to make yourself throw up i know it sounds nasty but it may help to get that feeling off of your stomach!

Hiya,
I had all day sickness too - as strange as it sounds I found brushing my teeth helped as I realised I had a horrible taste in my mouth.
Green tea with pear and apple was also good
Don't worry I thought mine was never gonna end but one day it just did! x

Hey hun, my m/s just stopped not too long ago but lemon slices, cereal and ginder ale got me thru. I still have terrible food aversions though. I hate the smell of meat.
