25-11-2008 - Diagnosis

My mood while writing this blog: hopeful

Not much to say but just wanna let you know what happened to my baby girl Adrianna.... She had nerual tube defects. That caused the omphaolcele and facial abnormalities. They found out that her heart was normal and nothing was wrong with it like they thought, but her omphalocele was cutting off circulation and blood to her liver, spleen and parts of her intestines. She could have lived if her liver was not in the omplahocele since she can live without a spleen, and the damanged parts of the intestines could be removed, but they were unsure on how much of her liver was damanged. So all I can do and what i have to do my next pregnancy is take 4mg of folic acid instead of the normal 1 mg. I will do what it takes!!
I will continue to try and make another baby.

I hope all is well with everybody, and pray for me for a healthy baby next time.
