09-9-2008 - Tired!!!!

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Wow, time sure has flown by! Bella is now 5 months old and she is just sooo big! She is sitting up now, and she loves to sit. She hates being put down on the floor unless she is sitting up. She also loves her cereal, but I am curious as to when she can have actual baby food. You would think with 2 other kids I would remember what I did when they were little but the truth is I don't remember. I feel like I have started from scratch when it comes to Bella. I think I'll start her on baby food this next week since she has been on cereal for about 2 solid weeks. Boy let me me tell you though that stuff makes her diapers stink!!!! Those are some potent diapers! I had forgotten just how bad they can smell. But oh well, I still love her. And I am proud of how smart she is and how beautiful she is. Yes she is smart... when she pulls my hair all I have to do is ask her to please not pull my hair and she will let go. So yes she is very smart.

Anyway, it is getting late and I am so tired... We are going through our first round of separation anxiety. I can't even go to the bathroom with her freaking out. Since she and I are home alone all day she doesn't like to be in a room by herself. But I draw the line with the bathroom. I just put her down and tell her I'll be back in a minute and go to my "quiet" place for a minute. Truth is with her screaming on the other side of the door it isn't very quiet but I refuse to bring her in there with me.

Since she is in bed sleeping if I had half a brain that is where I would be and that is where I am headed.
