My mood while writing this blog: frustrated -- I want to know!!

Our baby was very wiggly at our 18 week ultrasound, so we didn't get to find out the sex for sure. This is a survey to find out from Moms who have already had a baby what you had and what your symptoms were. Please answer the survey so that maybe it will give me a clue as to what we are having!! Thanks :)

1. Did you have a boy or a girl?

2. Did you have morning sickness? If so, how severe?

3. Was your baby's fetal heartrate usually above or below 140?

4. Did you crave meat during your pregnancy?

5. Did you get any hair growing in odd places on your body -- like fine peach fuzz on your face or navel?

6. Did you carry your baby low down or high up?

7. Did you get bigger in your bum and hips, or just the front (boobs and belly)?

8. Did you have any intuition about what you were having? Or did people around your have intuition? Were you/ they right or wrong?

9. Did you have an ultrasound that told you the sex of your baby? Was it accurate even if the technician wasn't 100% sure?

10. Did you ever do any other tests like Inteligender or peeing on Drano? Were any of them accurate? (If so, which one!?)

1. Did you have a boy or a girl? GIRL2. Did you have morning sickness? If so, how severe? NOT TOO BAD - BUT WE FOUND OUT CURRENT BABY IS A BOY AND I WILL SAY IT WAS WORSE WITH MY DAUGHTER.3. Was your baby's fetal heartrate usually above or below 140? USUALLY ABOVE 145/150 WITH MY DAUGHTER. CONSISTENTLY AROUND 140-150 WITH MY SON NOW4. Did you crave meat during your pregnancy?NOT SPECIFICALLY, ALTHOUGH WITH MY DAUGHTER I DID NOT HAVE AS MANY AVERSIONS TO MEAT AS I DO THIS PREGNANCY, AND I OCCASIONALLY CRAVED RED MEAT. THIS PREGNANCY, MEAT NEEDS TO BE WELL DISGUISED TO BE TOLERABLE5. Did you get any hair growing in odd places on your body -- like fine peach fuzz on your face or navel?NOT REALLY. I DID GET A RANDOM HUGE PIMPLE ON MY FACE WITH MY DAUGHTER (NEVER GET PIMPLES, DIDN'T EVEN IN HIGH SCHOOL), WHEREAS WITH MY SON NOW SKIN HAS BEEN NORMAL AND CLEAR.6. Or did people around your have intuition? Were you/ they right or wrong?MANY PEOPLE THOUGHT MY DAUGHTER WOULD BE A BOY, MOST PEOPLE HAVE THOUGHT MY SON NOW WOULD BE A BOY. I CAN SEE A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PREGNANCY THUS FAR OF MY DAUGHTER AND SON, AND EVEN THOUGH I NEVER BELIEVED IN THOSE THINGS I CAN SEE THAT A LOT OF THE WIVES TALES HAVE BEEN TRUE!9. Did you have an ultrasound that told you the sex of your baby? Was it accurate even if the technician wasn't 100% sure? WITH MY DAUGHTER AT AN EARLY U/S (13.5 WEEKS) THE TECH FELT ALMOST POSITIVE IT WAS A BOY - AT 20 WEEKS IT WAS CLEARLY A GIRL. 10. Did you ever do any other tests like Inteligender or peeing on Drano? Were any of them accurate? (If so, which one!?) NO. CHINESE CALENDAR PREDICTION THING WAS WRONG WITH BOTH PREGNANCIES, THOUGH :)

This pregnancy, DD1. Did you have a boy or a girl? Looks like a girl according to 20 week US2. Did you have morning sickness? If so, how severe? Was only sick a few times after i ate meat late in the evening, or if we cook mince beef3. Was your baby's fetal heartrate usually above or below 140? above, but at 16 weeks it was 152 EXACTLY the same as DS at this stage!4. Did you crave meat during your pregnancy?Nope if i have it too late it makes me sick, mince cooking makes me sick!5. Did you get any hair growing in odd places on your body -- like fine peach fuzz on your face or navel?Nope6. Did you carry your baby low down or high up?High7. Did you get bigger in your bum and hips, or just the front (boobs and belly)?Boobs hips and bum8. Did you have any intuition about what you were having? Or did people around your have intuition? Were you/ they right or wrong?Had a real feeling it was a girl this time9. Did you have an ultrasound that told you the sex of your baby? Was it accurate even if the technician wasn't 100% sure? they will never tell you they are 100% ... just in case! had 6 dif techs look at my pic though, all are pretty sure its a girl!10. Did you ever do any other tests like Inteligender or peeing on Drano? Were any of them accurate? (If so, which one!?)again with the pH test, i tested and mine was always between 5.5 and 6.5 - girl!

DS - now 15 months1. Did you have a boy or a girl? Boy2. Did you have morning sickness? If so, how severe? Yes very bad right up until 20 weeks, started at 63. Was your baby's fetal heartrate usually above or below 140? usually above, at 16 weeks HR was 1524. Did you crave meat during your pregnancy? I did crave it a little5. Did you get any hair growing in odd places on your body -- like fine peach fuzz on your face or navel? yes i had some hair grow near my navel a few hairs where a mans snail trail would be but only about 3 hairs.6. Did you carry your baby low down or high up? fairly low down, hence all the stretch marks : (7. Did you get bigger in your bum and hips, or just the front (boobs and belly)? mainly belly8. Did you have any intuition about what you were having? Or did people around your have intuition? Were you/ they right or wrong? alot of people though girl, i thought girl but had a feeling it was a boy!9. Did you have an ultrasound that told you the sex of your baby? Was it accurate even if the technician wasn't 100% sure? We didnt want to know, but we saw his 'balls' lol, but thought maybe it coould be swollen girl parts10. Did you ever do any other tests like Inteligender or peeing on Drano? Were any of them accurate? (If so, which one!?) This is all a very expensive pH test, just get some strips and get peeing! Acid - girl, alkaline boy! 7 + is a boy

i'm pregnant right now but i can answer these questions for you cause i'm having a girl....1. EXPECTING A GIRL 2. I HAD ALL DAY NAUSEA AND NIGHT SICKNESS UP TO ABOUT WEEK 20 3. HER HEART RATE IS ALWAYS 140 OR ABOVE 4. NO, ACTUALLY I LIKED STOP CRAVING MEAT LOL I RARELY EAT IT NOW (YAY FOR IRON PILLS) 5. I HAD LIKE EXTRA HAIR GROWTH ON MY BELLY BUT ITS KIND OF GONE AWAY NOW 6. SHE'S ACTUALLY CARRYING LOW 7. MY BUM AND HIPS DEF GOT BIGGER 8. EVERYONE (INCLUDING ME) THOUGHT I WAS HAVING A BOY BUT ITS A LITTLE GIRL (VERY CONFIRMED ITS A GIRL) 9. YEAH THE U/S TOLD US ITS A GIRL 10. NO WE DIDN'T DO ANY OF THOSE EXTRA TESTS

1. 3 girls 2. never had m/s 3.honestly can't remember- sorry 4.yes- steak 5.no 6.I think high 7.bum, hips, and stomach and boobs- so all over 8.yes- i was right 9. They said looks like NOT a boy but they didn't say for sure it was a girl. 10.Drano 2 times and with this one- it was accurate with the 2 not sure yet with this one. Hope it helps... if you have any more questions let me know!
