08-7-2009 - I have Baby Fever, He doesn\'t

My mood while writing this blog: crazed, LOL

OH I definitely have the fever. I feel like I want to be pregnant again SOOOO bad!!! My little baby boy will be 1 year old in just 34 short days. Time has gone by SO fast since I first found out I was going to have a baby, and now he is almost a YEAR OLD!!! I don't know if it is the hormones or what, but I feel like I am just crazed over wanting to get pregnant again. I think about it all day every day. But, my husband is NOT ready. He says in December, okay. BUT, I don't want my next pregnancy to have the 3rd trimester in late summer again, forget that! I was miserable, swollen, and just plain huge and sweaty, LOL. I had a rough first pregnancy all around, but that doesn't seem to have deterred me, LOL. I just think about being pregnant, looking forward to doctor's appointments to see how baby is growing, hearing the heartbeat, holding a newborn in my arms!!! This next pregnancy I have determined that I am not going to find out the sex until the baby is delivered, so that is just more anticipation and excitement. AGH! I just want to be pregnant again so bad. I just had my first period since breastfeeding my son from birth, so I am on track to be fertile this week. On one hand, I don't want to push my husband into a corner and force him to give me a baby, LOL, but on the other hand - I want to be pregnant and the window is open RIGHT NOW for this month! AGH. I know we could definitely be in better shape financially and all of that if we put it off, but my mind is not thinking rationally and all I can think of is that I want to BE PREGNANT. I want to do the deed without prevention. I want to take a test and see a positive. I want all of that again. Hormones or what-have-you, I don't know what this drive is, but it's so hard to keep it on a leash, LOL!!!! The fever's got me.
