15-2-2010 - It\'s Monday

My mood while writing this blog: kind of annoyed

Okay, so it is kind of my own fault I am irritated today, but then again half of my irritation comes from the fact that my boss wouldn’t answer her phone this morning! The other half of the irritation comes from the fact that I am 10 kinds of stupid for driving to work in this weather. It’s like a blizzard outside and it just didn’t occur to me to NOT go to work when I left the house! I really should have stayed home. Which of course it didn’t seem like it was going to be so bad when I first left, but when it takes an hour and a half to drive 12 miles, then maybe that’s a clue, LOL. I tried calling my boss when it was already an hour into the drive, and she didn’t answer, so I ended up just coming on the rest of way. I am irritated at myself! Bah!

Well, nothing new today as far as pregnancy goes. 6 weeks 2 days – only 2 weeks and 2 days til my appointment, yay! Still no morning sickness this time around, so weird! My biggest thing is that every morning when my alarm goes off, I still feel impossibly tired. After I get up and start getting ready, I feel fine though. Also, lately nothing sounds really ‘good’ to eat. Nothing appeals to me. I am not really against food, just it doesn’t sound like what I want, LOL. Uh oh! Hopefully I will get a craving or something soon that there is at least one thing I can look forward to eating, LOL.

Chathum is doing fantastic; he’s just the cutest! He has a cold right now and his cough just breaks my heart – but he had a chest xray last week and he’s fine – no pneumonia or anything like that. Just have to wait it out! He’s started pretending when he ‘cooks’ – he takes a cup and a spoon and pretends to mix, then he’ll pick up pinches of pretend stuff and pretend to put them in the cup and stir more – it’s totally cute and adorable. I love my little man!
